RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Agora.xyz offers carefully selected vintage and pre-owned clothing and accessories. Because these items are second-hand and often one-of-a-kind, they may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections. Any notable flaws, marks, repairs, or visible wear will be described and/or shown in the product listing whenever possible.
We strongly encourage customers to review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before placing an order, as purchasing a pre-owned item means accepting its stated condition.
Return Eligibility
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU consumer regulations.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
- No new signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, damage, or alterations may be present.
- All original tags, packaging, dust bags, or included accessories (if applicable) must be returned.
- Signs of wear, ageing, fading, small imperfections, or flaws that were clearly mentioned or visible in the listing are not considered valid reasons for return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at contact.agora.xyz@gmail.com and include your order number.
After notifying us, the item must be sent back within 14 additional days.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect item or an item significantly not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely delivered to us.
Refund Procedure
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return.
- Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded where legally required.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be declined and the item can be returned to the customer at their expense.
Incorrect or Undisclosed Damage
If you receive the wrong item or notice damage that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you promptly.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If cancellation is requested before shipment, the order amount will be refunded. Any non-recoverable transaction or service fees may be deducted where permitted.
Agreement to This Policy
By placing an order through our store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Cancellation Policy, including the pre-owned nature and stated condition of the items purchased.
