All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability:
- Netherlands & France: 1-3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 1-5 business days
- International orders: 3-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.
In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the destination country.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, customs processing, or peak demand periods.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the carrier to investigate and find an appropriate solution.
