GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through agoraxyz.com, operated by Agora.xyz, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 93202547, with its registered office in Straat van Magelhaens 60, Amstelveen, Netherlands.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Products
All products offered on the website are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the final product.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Order Process
Orders are placed via the online checkout system.
An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by email from our side. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues.
5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, ApplePay, Visa & Mastercard.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout but may vary depending on location and availability.
Delays will be communicated where reasonably possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Dutch and EU law, as well as protection against hidden defects where applicable.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the website, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under Dutch law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).

11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
